How to apply for the eVisa


1st step: Provide the application data and submit the necessary documents

You can apply for your electronic visa through the Brazil eVisa Tour platform, accessing it from your computer or mobile phone. The first step is to create an account on our website. Then, fill in all the requested information and submit the required documents directly through the system.

For applications for minors, it is necessary to present additional documentation – See the section "Necessary documents" for more information.

In this step, select the country according to the passport you will be using. If you have dual nationality, choose the passport with which you intend to travel.


2nd step: Make the payment

After completing the data entry and document submission, it will be necessary to make the payment of the fee through our secure gateway. We accept credit and debit cards from Mastercard and Visa.

  • Visa fee (Australia, Canada, and the United States): US$ 149.00

  • Brazil eVisa Tour service fee: US$ 0.90


3rd step: Receive and download your eVisa

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with the status of your application. The email will indicate whether your application was approved, denied, or if additional documents are needed.


If approved, your eVisa will be sent in PDF format via email. It is essential to download, print, and present this document both at the time of boarding and upon arrival in Brazil. We also recommend keeping a digital copy saved on your mobile phone.


Important note:
• If you do not print and present the eVisa at the airport, you will not be allowed to board the flight.

• For applicants who are minors, it is necessary to submit a signed authorization form by one or both legal guardians. Download the authorization form by clicking here and submit it along with your application.

To determine if you are eligible to apply for the eVisa, review the travel purposes listed below:

Business:
You can apply for the eVisa if you are coming to Brazil to participate in meetings, fairs, corporate events, explore business opportunities, sign contracts, conduct audits, or provide consulting.
Paid activities in Brazilian territory are not permitted with this visa, and the stay must not exceed 90 days.

Tourism:
The eVisa is allowed for travel for tourism, recreation, cultural or informational purposes, as well as visits to family and friends.

Transit:
You can apply for the eVisa to transit through Brazil if you need to enter the country temporarily on your way to another destination. No visa is required if you remain in the international transit area at a Brazilian port or airport without going through immigration control, and hold a single valid ticket to the final destination, even if issued by different airlines.

Seminars or Conferences:
The eVisa is valid for participation in conferences, seminars, congresses, or meetings in Brazil, provided there is no compensation.
It is allowed to receive per diem or reimbursements, such as accommodation, transportation or meals, related to your participation in the event.

Crew Member:
If you will be acting as a crew member of aircraft or vessels, you can apply for the eVisa.
Exceptions apply to those who present a maritime international seafarer's card issued according to the standards of the International Labour Organization (ILO).

Fiancé(e) or spouse of a Brazilian citizen:
If your trip is to visit your spouse, fiancé(e), or Brazilian family members, it is possible to apply for the eVisa in this category.
