Who We Are
Brazilian Passport Tour, registered with the CNPJ under number 43.616.468/0001-18, headquartered at Rua José Milton Espinha, number 40, Bairro Santos Dumont – São José do Rio Preto/SP, offers intermediation and consulting services for Brazilian visa applications, especially for citizens of the United States, Canada, and Australia.
Services Provided
We assist foreign applicants in the process of obtaining an electronic visa (eVisa) for entry into Brazil. We act as consultants and facilitators of the process, providing technical and administrative support, but we have no participation in the final decision to grant or deny visas, which is the exclusive competence of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil (MRE).
Data Controller
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil is the official controller of the personal data provided in visa processes. We act only as data operators, as defined by the General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law No. 13.709/2018).

Collection of Personal Data
We collect the necessary data to complete the electronic visa application form, including:
- Full name, nationality, passport number, date of birth, address, email, and phone
- Required documents (passport data page, travel documents, invitation letter, proof of accommodation, proof of employment, etc.)
- Financial information, when requested (bank statements, proof of income)
Purpose of Collection
The data is collected exclusively to proceed with the Brazilian visa application process with the MRE. No personal information is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Storage and Retention of Data
The data is securely stored for as long as necessary to provide the service and fulfill legal obligations. Data related to approved applications is retained while the visa is valid or as required by law.
Data Sharing
Your data may be shared exclusively with:
- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil, for evaluation and decision on the visa application
- Suppliers and partners acting on behalf of the company, with contracts that ensure security and confidentiality
- Legal authorities, in cases of judicial obligation
We do not sell or pass your data to third parties.
